We did a pretty good job sticking to our menu last week! Having a little one posed a few challenges, I kept forgetting to defrost the meat to make burgers so moved those to this week.... I also started making the Mac & Cheese Lasagna and then Kent decided he was hungry too... so we turned it into mac & cheese w/ meat in it. :) All in all I was impressed with how well I stuck to it. The Chicken Caesar Pizza was AMAZING and by far our fav from last week's menu. [Recipe here.] Let's see how we do this week!
