On Saturday we were out running errands when Chad's Dad called us and VOLUNTEERED to watch Kent! We took him up on it so Chad went to take care of some things and I treated myself to a zebra pedicure. ;)
On Sunday, we decided to make a splurge we'd been saving for and thinking about for a long time.... a new TV! Believe it or not, it's the FIRST tv we've bought as a couple in the 8 years we've been together! We were always blessed to be given tv's by family members who were moving, etc, so we figured it was time to choose a new one for our little family. We loved watching Finding Nemo first on it:
Then for dinner I made yummy spaghetti & meatballs and garlic bread... Kent was in heaven and loved making a huge mess with it and getting it everywhere:
Now we're finishing out the weekend by watching Disney movies! My mother-in-law was clearing out her collection so she gave us a ton of her kiddos old movies - the Disney classics! Kent (and I) are happy to have them to say the least!
So it has been a perfect weekend for us. How was yours?
