Sweet Summertime....

Well, my promise to blog the next day didn't happen... oops! Got busy with life: work and family and baby... :) BUT I finally got around to uploading some pictures of these sweet summertime days and how we've been spending them: swimming & shopping at this awesome outdoor mall about 10 minutes from our new place! Kent loves the water and his stroller so all of us are happy.





We're still waiting on Chad's job transfer to come through, so right now time with him is precious. He is coming down about every other weekend. So, when he's gone Kent & I try to keep busy playing and checking out our new city.

Work is keeping me busy - during the day I have 40 children ages 5 to 11 to take care of. :) In the fall, I will be the Pre-K teacher, but I am having so much fun this summer swimming with my students, going to cowboys stadium, going to build a bear! Fun times ahead too.

I had a wonderful birthday weekend! My sweet husband spoiled me rotten all weekend and Kent was sweet as always. My son is truly the best gift I could've received this year - anything else is just icing on the cake! {Although, Chad did take me to Cheesecake Factory for lunch and the Key Lime Pie Cheesecake was DIVINE!}
